I have been using Gotcha for all my legal document services since 2016. All services were professionally done, swift and clean in a timely fashion, with support of formal Affidavit of Service. Good communication, always rings to let me know the progress.
Asked Ross to help me to locate a “missing” builder once, who refused to accept service of document. Ross caught him at Box Hill Railway Station, handed him the documents, took photos of the builder holding the documents with sour face.

After employing another company in the begining to serve divorce documents (and being assured that they would be served in time – which never happended after a few attempts) we were left within 2 days deadline to serve this matter in Melbourne Australia from New Zealand.

After 2 failed attempts via a solicitor to prepare and serve my divorce documents on my ex, I was in debt to the solicitor and nowhere near settling. I had been trying to get a divorce for 3 years. My ex was evasive and moved frequently.

I needed Urgent service of documents to a party interstate on the weekend -Sunday to be precise, but I was unable to make contact with a couple of agencies listed on google search I left a message with.
Ross from Gotcha Process Serving in Melbourne was the only one who returned my call within a few minutes. I am in Queensland and the party to be served was in Northern NSW.
Following a few conversations back and forth Ross delivered on his word that the documents will be served by Sunday night and they were served not without any objections from the other party.
An affidavit of service was sworn the next day and emailed.
I fully appreciate the Gotcha approach and would recommend this service without hesitation.

I contacted Ross to serve divorce documents and he achieved the desired result despite having very little information to work with. The location where the documents were to be served was remote (meaning the mines in NSW) and I did not have an address for service.
As a result of Ross’ knowledge and expertise, the job was done and the relevant paperwork was completed without error. It also arrived with plenty of time to spare.
